Ronald Lutz currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. Ron has more than 40 years experience in the banking industry owning Peoples State Bank in Rossville, Osage City, and Topeka, Kansas. Ron is very active in the community. Ron sits on the Board of Directors for the Topeka CommunityFoundation, Jayhawk Area Boy Scouts Council, Firststar Bank, and is a Kansas State University Trustee

Michael G. Eichten, CLU, ChFC, is the President/CEO. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Peoples, Michael was the Marketing and Communications Officer with Century Health Solutions, Inc. He also spent 16 years with the Prudential Insurance where he worked to serve the needs of his individual and business clients.

Michael Lesser, is managing partner with Peoples Insurance and Benefit Group. Michael is responsible for the overall operation of Peoples Insurance Services. Michael has six years previous insurance experience as a claims manager with State Farm Insurance. Prior to joining Peoples, Lesser owned a successful Allstate Insurance Agency in Topeka, receiving numerous awards for production and management.

The staff of Peoples Insurance & Benefit Group includes two commercial lines producers, a personal lines producer, four Customer Service Representatives, and our Operations Manager, Donola Fairbanks. The agency also includes Don Lafferty as a consultant. Our knowledgeable staff has over 100 years of insurance experience.
